Duplicate export mapping
In the Productsup Retail platform, API access is a popular solution for managing your data and automating regular content updates, especially when managing several external data sources, such as ERP, PIM, or GS1.
In Mappings, you can now duplicate export mappings to copy entire export mappings to multiple workspaces, data models, export channels, etc. All copied mappings preserve all target attribute names, making it easy to review and update mappings in all workspaces with one simple action. The mappings are compatible with the supported, unsupported, and mixed attribute sets.
To duplicate export mappings, perform the following steps:
Go to Mappings.
Open the tab Export.
In the fields Data model and Channel, select the appropriate data model and export channel.
Select the information button next to the fields and choose Duplicate mappings.
Use the fields Workspace, Data model, and Channel to fill in the location where you want to copy the mappings.
Select Duplicate to copy the selected mappings to the preferred location.

Export attributes and asset URLs to FTP in XLSX
In the Retail platform, we have added the channel pup-ftp-generic to let you grab all attributes and digital asset URLs from the selected products across all involved data models without the need to create a separate export mapping. This channel lets you create a single XLSX document with all the requested information and send it to any desired FTP server. You can use the new export manually and configure a scheduled export to run it with the desired frequency.
We recommend using this new channel to transfer content to the following destinations:
From the Retail platform to the Productsup platform and the Productsup Content Portal.
From the Retail platform to any FTP server.
