New Export Overview and Export Log for Amazon exports
Previously, the Export page and Error Log functionality were not enough to handle the errors happening during the export to Amazon.
The new design gives you detailed error feedback from Amazon and the ability to correct the errors right away by yourself.
We redesigned the Exports page that now shows:
all active exports to Amazon and other channels
the number of exported products
the user executed the export
the export date and time
the export status such as pending, processing, failed, success, or partial success
the number of errors, if any.
You can also filter exports by User or Status.
When you select any export row, you can see Export details and Export log with two tabs.
Export statuses - information about global errors occurring within the export pipeline. This tab is available for all exports.
Product errors - information about each product such as GTIN, Message with the Submission ID from Amazon, Status, and Timestamp. You can also see the raw error code in JSON format. In case of an error, you can provide this information to Amazon directly to get help from their support. For now, this tab is available only for the Amazon exports.
See Exports for more details.
New location of the user account
We moved the user account menu to the top-right corner of the platform view for better usability. By selecting the user account avatar or the placeholder with your initials, you can access your Profile, Settings, or sign out.
The access to workspaces and switching between them stays at the bottom of the main menu as before.
