Enhanced Tasks and Tasks Notifications
We enhanced the Tasks feature to improve user experience.
Now, you can assign the same task to multiple users instead of just one user and notify them of the tasks more efficiently. When someone creates a task, all selected users receive email notifications.
You can also set up the notifications associated with your tasks. In your account’s Settings, you can see a new tab named Notifications that lets you enable the following email notifications:
Task Assigned Notifications - This option lets you get email notifications that someone assigned a task to you.
Task Comment Notifications - This option lets you get email notifications of new comments and reactions posted to the tasks assigned to you.
Task Status Change Notifications - This option lets you get email notifications of the status changes in the task assigned to you.
