We are excited to let you know about the change of our platform’s domain name that will enhance our online services and strengthen our brand identity. Starting from Thursday, November 30th, at 18:00 CET, our platform has been using a new Productsup-based domain.

Old domain: https://my.worldofcontent.com

New domain: https://retail.productsup.com

We sent out an email to all platform users about this change on September 25th and followed up with a reminder in late November. If you have any questions or need clarifications, reach out to your Retail platform representative.

We are thrilled to share the successful completion of our unified branding and UI project for the Retail platform. Our goal was to create a consistent look and feel for all our products under the Productsup brand, which we have done in the past month. You can see the changes in the Retail platform UI.

This project marks a big step towards a unified design for users navigating the Productsup and Retail platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.

We have added a new feature to make your data integration experience easier. Now, during the import process, you have the ability to decide whether to overwrite your current data with new information. When creating an import, go to the Optional tab and check the box Overwrite data.

This gives you more control and customization options when managing your product information from various sources.
